I had a good experience at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms that were spacious enough for two. The location was excellent, right in the city center and close to great culinary spots. The service overall was friendly, but I did experience a bit of a delay getting towels to my room. Dining could use some improvement as the breakfast options weren't the best, though the view from the restaurant was a major plus.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is excellent, right in the center of Padang city, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms were clean, but they need better soundproofing, as I was woken up by knocking and attempts to open the door early in the morning. I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a superb location, close to many attractions. The rooms were quite comfortable, especially the king bed. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, which made my experience even better. However, I did experience some annoyance with unfinished rooms and early morning disturbances. Overall, it’s a solid choice but could use some improvements, especially with noise and room completion.
